Indications and contraindications for treatment

I. Diseases of the organs of the gastrointestinal tract. 

1. Peptic ulcer in the stage of persistent remission.

2. Chronic gastritis, gastroduodenitis.

3. Chronic pancreatitis.

4. Postgastrectomy dumping syndrome.

5. Chronic colitis. 

II. Diseases of the liver and bile passages. 

1. Chronic hepatitis (of different etiology).

2. Cholelithiasis.

3. Chronic cholecystitis, cholangitis.

4. Dyskinesia of bile ducts. 

III. Diseases of the endocrine system, disbolism. 

1. Diabetes mild and moderate.

2. Obesity.

3. Gout. 

IV. Diseases of the urinary system. 

1. Urinary stone disease (kidney stones, ureters, bladder, urethra).

2. After self-ejection, operational and instrumental removal of stones, lithotripsy.

3. Chronic pyelonephritis.

4. Urinary diathesis.

5. Chronic cystitis, prostatitis, urethritis.

6. After plastic surgery on the kidneys and urinary tract.

7. Copulative dysfunctions. 

V. Diseases of the locomotor system.

1. Arthrosis.

2. Arthritis in the stage of persistent remission.

3. Osteochondrosis of the spine.

4. Periarthritis.

I. General contraindications. 

1. All diseases in the acute stage, emerging infection diseases, and diseases complicated by an acute purulent process.

2. Venereal diseases in acute and contagious phase.

3. Mental illnesses, all forms of drug addiction, chronic alcoholism.

4. Blood disease in the acute stage, or in exacerbation phase.

5. Emaciation (cachexy) of any origin.

6. Malignant neoplasms.

7. Bleeding of various origins, massive and often repeated.

8. All forms of active tuberculosis. 

II. Contraindications for treatment of patients with gastrointestinal diseases at the resort. 

1. Cicatricial narrowing of the esophagus, stomach and intestine with compromised of patency.

2. Pyloric stenosis, suspicion of a malignant transformation of a stomach ulcer.

3. Polyposis gastrica.

4. Ulcerative enterocolitis.

5. Cholelithiasis with frequent attacks and the presence of active infection in the biliary tract.

6. Cirrhosis of the liver with ascites or jaundice, as well as all forms of jaundice. 

III. Contraindications for treatment of patients with urologic pathology at the resort.

1. Chronic kidney diseases with severe renal failure.

2. Nephrosclerosis (sclerotic kidney) with symptoms of renal failure.

3. Hydronephrosis, polycystosis(cystic disease) with the phenomena of renal failure.

4. Lardaceous kidneys in the late stages with edema and azotemia.

5. Urinary stone disease, requiring surgical removal.

5. Urethral stricture.

6. Prostate adenoma of the 2-3 degree.

7. Gross hematuria.
