Tourist tax:
A tourist tax of 13,4 UAH per 1 day of living without VAT is paid by the guest on condition that only the accommodation is purchased or if the voucher (stay, meals, treatment) of the guest is less than 12 nights.

Who doesn’t pay travel tax:

– Persons who arrived on a business trip;

– invalids, children of invalids and persons accompanying invalids of 1 group

or children with disabilities (no more than one attending person).

– veterans of war;

– participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant;

– Children under the age of 18

– persons who arrived with vouchers for treatment,

health improvement, rehabilitation

Persons exempted from paying tourist fees must submit copies of documents proving the provision of benefits.

Persons who arrived with vouchers for treatment are provided with appropriate forms or supporting documents.

Reimbursement:

In case of loss or damage to inventories, the “Sanatorium” Shakhtar “Ltd. (keys, towels, etc.), the visitor is fully liable in accordance with the established procedure. In the absence of a guest on prescribed procedures or meals without warning, the money is not returned.

Permanent Client Card:

The discount on the card of the permanent client is provided on the condition of booking directly from the manager of the sanatorium by phone: +38 067 777 47 25; +38 050 777 47 53; +38 03247 730 70 or by using the booking form on the site.

Payment method:

– Cash in the national currency at the sanatorium’s cash desk.

– Non-cash by transferring to the R / r sanatorium in the national currency of Ukraine in UAH and / or USD.

Prices include VAT.
